Lifeline relationships - to create the Personal Board of Directors

I'm sure many of you are familiar with the author Keith Ferrazzi of Never eat alone and his most recent book, Who 's Got Your Back.

Ferazzi leadership believes, at its essence, is a spiritual journey, you need courage, motivation, discipline and commitment. Strongly rooted in the many years of practice Vipassana, Ferazzi weaves her spiritual practice in his style of leadership, sharing life-changing strategies for all those committed to building a team lifeline.

In order to continue to be the best we can, I think it is of vital importance, especially in these times, to create our own personal board of directors, a small group involved that is not going to let each other fail, ever!

RECONSTRUCTION confidence in a world of fear and greed

According to Ferrazzi, networking for success (our ability to "connect") is about the size of our "Rolodex". Instead, success is more easily available to those who can pick up the phone and say: "I need help."

Particularly in these times, Ferazzi encourages us to focus on relational capital * with * the construction of a Board of Directors or staff what he calls * Reports * Lifeline - the ones that help us to rebuild trust in a world of fear and greed .

PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION BUILDING COUNCIL your:

* Identify 3 people that you know that can change your life.

* To call them and share this idea on the reports LifeLine. Ask them if they are on board with you.

Lifeline Relations * I carry with generosity. What is china over backwards to you? Who will bend over backwards to?

* The reports are transparent Lifeline: Who can let their guard down with and have all right?

* Relations Lifeline hold each other accountable. Who can kick ass if needed? Which of your peers can depend on To Tell the Truth and help you confront the brutal facts

* Reports Lifeline agrees to forgive in advance when we slip up. Sparring is fine (even encouraged!).

* Reports of Lifeline have an action plan REPORT. (RAP), which is rigorous, routine, systematic and strategic.

Your Board of Directors, staff can come in many forms: Community Mastermind Groups, learning or coaching, Wisdom Councils, woman or man looking for, or the Spiritual Community.

Rather than change who we are, enlist others to help us become the best they can be. This is where the real strength of each team organization, or initiative is. For more information about the Ferrazi, check the Community GreenLight.

How many of you have this team a lifeline in place? I had several "Lifeline" teams over the years (working groups, learning communities, friends, spiritual Sangha, performance groups) which were extremely beneficial for their durability.

And now, I'm trying to create stronger, more sustainable yet! Will you help me?

I look forward to working with a team of organizational leadership that needs a powerful provocateur, collaborator, and communications maven / filmmaker to weave it all together: vision, strategy, marketing, communication, commitment, and human capital. Let's start the conversation!...
