Leadership events
Many people say that knowledge is power. I disagree. I applied knowledge is power. That said, let's review the facts (AKA knowledge) and how our actions can apply this knowledge.
Fact # 1:
Leadership is a learned skill. To be effective as a leader, you must devote time and energy to learn and develop skills necessary to lead effectively.
Leadership Action:
Learn from a leader. For those who strive to become a more effective leader, you must understand where you're going to learn the skills. Learn from a leader who has access to a certain frequency. Connect with a good leader, religious leader, teacher, coach, mentor, or even a parental figure. Connect with someone who has influenced or help motivate you. What did they do, how they did it, and what results have earned? Connect with the actions so you can see how and why the results have been achieved. This will begin to stoke the fire to develop the kind of leader you want to be and then test your ability to lead to higher levels.
FACT # 2:
Leadership is a 100% on people. Leaders get people organized and focused. Leaders get people to share a common vision. Leaders empower people to try new things, embracing change, overcoming fear, and step outside their comfort zone.
Leadership Action:
Focus on people. Leaders see the power of people as the greatest resource in any situation. Leaders who focus on the people you care more about the contribution, the lessons learned for future growth, and the impact on people more than the actual result. Why? Since they are actively involved in the process, leaders know that success often during the development and involve people in the process. Leaders who believe in their people's desire to produce and its ability to guide and mentor the process to achieve success.
FACT # 3:
Leaders love to learn to be better leaders. Leader attend leadership training and focus on developing leadership skills. The love of learning from other leaders, social networks, business and leadership books and seminars and training programs for executive management.
Leadership Action:
Continue to be a better leader. This action requires dedication to the process of leadership development. Leaders need to grow steadily. They need to learn, read, see, hear ways to become more efficient. They take this knowledge and experience to develop their own methods of leadership. This is where the rule comes into play. Regardless of the type of leader, whether it be a business leader, political leader, spiritual leader, or even a bit 'of league baseball coach, leadership requires a courageous, confident, and positive message that draws people in and gets them to follow.
Use this as a basic structure to help focus efforts on its program of development of personal leadership. Remember this is a process that takes time, dedication and hard work. Be true to your passion and desire to go forward, others will follow and believe in your message, as it grows .......
