How to lose weight by 15 minutes of exercise a day
Hola chic @ s, I have heard from my friends and I always ask the same question "how are you so thin?" "How much weight have you down? Is rare to hear all these things especially since I've never been but my sister xD always told me to lose weight is to sweat!
I spend so much time looking for a perfect diet and in the end only got to spend times bitter, stomach problems, and sometimes even counter-productive was that when you finish the diet your metabolism changes as feedlots twice as fast as you manage to lose weight .. .
