The Importance of speaking about God and recalling Jesus
We enter a time in the tradition of Holy Week where many engage with their faith, with its tradition inherited from their ancestors, with much respect, reverence, communication in order to approach God. With whom many have changed the settings in countries that are on this planet Earth, although some are still kept war, conflict, economic imbalance, spiritual, hatred, anger, crime, however, there are those looking for that beacon light that can inquire again in mysticism and find that path that would guarantee harmony, happiness, peace, that encounter with the Creator, with the God who evokes both. We should not be surprising that many are tired of the materialism that increasingly manifests itself in many scenarios, leading to serious conflicts, especially now with the serious economic crisis, which marginalizes the poorest has to suffer, go hungry and be exploited by the haves, to find in what we call God a new path that lets us know to take the opportunity given us to live. Nor must we not sorpender that some people are definitely getting closer to religion, perhaps where many seek answer to the question of whether or not God exists, whether embodied in an avatar, regardless of their name or if it was only in the Jesus is called?, or if God really is dead, as prompted by the German philosopher Frederic Nietzsche remembered.
The truth, which is returning to find out more about the Supreme Being that allows us to glimpse and feel an inner peace that is achieved externally manifest long-sought desire for love and respect each other. This concern is also found with the prestigious Prof. Dr. Ulrich Luz at the University of Gottingen, when he says: The question about the possibility of God speaking generally, that once seemed settled, if not superfluous, has come to occupy again, now the center of our thoughts.
This is also found with Bonhoeffer, as noted, the possibility of also an age of areligiosa, or, to Bultmann's concern when asked: What is the point of talking about God?, The fact that all this has raised a serious analysis of the theological movement. Thus, Dr. Ulrich tells us that, unlike God, Jesus is not accessible, as a historical greatness and he sends all Christian dogma, when speaking of God. However, one should consider that Jesus is not any specific doctrine of God, and just maybe the main reason here is that what Jesus said about God motivates many researchers to study. It may be noted that in Jesus there is a certain reserve in the use of the epithets of God, as is often the case Rabbinic Judaism: The Holy praise be to Him, of course, the differences are only gradual, as we find in Jesus, the description of the name of God by the impersonal passive Give and you shall be unto you. Jesus also speaks quite naturally of the Creator and Judge of the world, the same when referring to God as king, it is in the background, not that of God the Father who occupies the first.
Digging in Judaism is possibly the greatest record of God which Jesus speaks. Thus, through it, you can answer the question: How is that love is revealed about God?, Rightly, that love is manifested in observing the commandments of God. For the theology of Jesus this determination assumes a reagravación: if the will of God is the Torah have been enacted with a view to man, if there is just no space for the relationship between God and man, that is independent of the relationship for one's neighbor, elsewhere expresses the love of God, but is in love of neighbor. But for others who need to be clearly seen in other statements of Jesus in Matthew 5.43 ss when he says: The love of neighbor includes in itself the love of enemies and the commandment of love of neighbor includes the publican and the sinner. Therefore, the love of neighbor is the basic realization of God's love. From the above, can then be noted, that the commandment of love means a radicalization of the will of God, because the call of love is easy to understand, since this call is also evident worldwide.
Regardless of any premises of a theological or religious. Hence, we must understand that we all, as stated, is to love and be loved in the way of Jesus. In other words, love in its essence, is a radical demand that knows no limits in its commitment, because if Jesus understands the commandment to love our neighbors as ourselves regarding the realization of the commandment to love God above all things, then God requires of man a radical demand. On the other hand, we are told that the announcement that God does Jesus in Judaism, is that this God of the Jewish tradition, manifest in the future, does this now, but not so as to anticipate the future, but so that God is present in weakness and leave a place open to the judge of the world, which is still invisible. That the judge of the world is identified with the weak younger brother and get to meet the man at present, is something that is not in itself natural, but can only be heard. Of course, this is understandable from the status of co-humanity, but must be heard from outside through the word, from the perspective of future scholastic.
From the above it can be noticed and check it against Judaism does not know Jesus essentially a new doctrine of God, however, as expressed by Dr. Light, Jesus emphasizes the decision to the God of tradition, occurs in the plane of the humility and daily life. By becoming a man suffering a rule of interpretation of the law, identifying God with man subjected to hardship, the God of tradition inaccessible to many, comes in motion and in the vicinity of man. Therefore, the interpretation of the law, out of love, is at the same time, to every man that heareth, an act of gracious gift of God. Hence, this act of grace can not be formulated, according to Jesus, without using the word God and the traditional doctrine of God. Hopefully, the above help us to meditate on this Easter for in that we call God and we get probably know, if on the cross, implementation and completion of the weakness of God, full of grace, in which Jesus says.
