The End Of The Law Is Christ

The apostle Paul said emphatically true, saying: The purpose of the law is Christ (Romans 10:4). This wonderful truth is grounded in an assertion of Jesus Christ, who said: From my Moses wrote in Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy (cf. John 5:46). Therefore, if Moses wrote about Jesus, we can say with full literary and spiritual conviction, that when Jehovah God descended on the summit of Mount Sinai, to proclaim his law, he said: I am the Lord your God freed from slavery in Egypt, and that will free you from the bondage of sin. Lord shall fight for you and you shall hold your peace (Exodus 14:14) For I will free you, but fight helpless, alone and abandoned, we will redeem you with hands nailed to a tree with his arms outstretched on the cross (cf. Deuteronomy 5: 15).

Indeed, Jesus Christ trod the winepress alone, and nobody, nothing, came between him and his beloved Father, even the sin of humanity, which Jesus he hid in the depths of his soul, to bury it forever in the Sheol (cf. Isaiah 63:3, 1 Peter 2:24). Therefore: There should be nothing and no one, ahead of Jesus Christ. In other words: nothing, no one, whether terrestrial or celestial, may be brought between the Eternal Father and the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world (Exodus 20:3). Therefore, one must not worship or serve any image, likeness or any other (earthly or heavenly), except the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the image of His substance (Exodus 20:4, Hebrews 1:3 ). If something or someone stands between the Father and the sinner, except the Son, will be taking the Lord's name in vain, which will not be regarded as innocent, but as guilty (Exodus 20:7). Trust in the merits and works of Jesus. Rest in its repose. Rest in him. Let us go to Jesus without any reservations. In fact, Jesus said: Come unto me all who are heavy laden, and I will give you rest (cf.

Matthew 11:28). Therefore, remember your rest, which is Christ, to sanctify it, thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor the alien that is within thy gates, because only Jesus Christ performed the works of creation, and only Jesus Christ carried out the work of redemption (Exodus 20:8-11). Of course, Adam did not even exist when the Lord God created life on Planet Earth, nor as the Lord God was re-created (redeemed) humanity from the clutches of death.

So the first four commandments of the law from Sinai, pointing to the infinite love of God, emphasizing the history of redemption: for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in he believes should not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16). Indeed, Jesus summarized the first four commandments of the law saying you loved God with all your heart, with all forces, and all mind (Matthew 22:37).

Jesus also summarized the last six commandments of the Decalogue, saying love your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 22:39). Jesus lived a holy, righteous and perfect, honoring both his heavenly Father as to his earthly mother, so his days were prolonged, and his kingdom will never end (Exodus 20:12, Daniel 7:14, Revelation 11 : 15). Moreover, Jesus did not stoned anyone, either physically, socially, mentally, or spiritually (Exodus 20:13, John 8:1-11). Jesus was an absolutely pure (Exodus 20:14). Jesus was honest to the uttermost (Exodus 20:15). Jesus Christ never bear false witness against anyone, because he is the truth (Exodus 20:16). Jesus never coveted anything of his neighbor (Exodus 20:17). Indeed, no one loved God more, love more and no one's neighbor, Jesus Christ.

So the purpose of the law is to show that we are sinners, and to show Christ as the only solution for mankind condemned to die for eternity (Romans 3:20, 7:7). The law is the hayo that leads us to Christ (Galatians 3:24). We could say that when beaten and stoned by law fall exhausted and exhausted at the foot of the cross, we shall find rest for our souls.

Many thoughts spiritually nearsighted, farsighted or astigmatic, immediately suggest saying, then eat and drink, that is sinning ..., if total, grace saves us. How sad and unfortunate conclusion. The majority of human beings obey traffic laws, driving their cars on the right, not to be saved, but not to hit and to prevent the deaths of many innocent neighbors. We try to tell the truth, not to be saved, but not to hurt God or others. We do not kill, not to be saved, but to live free and away from prison, trying to be faithful to our spouses, not to be saved, but not to destroy the lives of our loved ones. We are saved by the perfect obedience of Jesus Christ and not by our intentions frustrated obedience (Philippians 2:8, Romans 5:10,19,).

Indeed, the stone tablets of the law condemning us to death by stoning for eternity (Romans 6:23), but also show us Christ as our only way of salvation (Romans 10:4). The holy life of Jesus pure and perfect, is considered by God as our life. The atoning death of Jesus is considered by God as our eternal death. The victorious resurrection of Jesus is considered by God as our right to eternal life Herder.

Just as the sin of Adam and Eve to us genetically STEP (inheritance), and the holiness of Jesus STEP (inheritance) to all who believe in His name: Jesus = Savior (Romans 5:12-21).

The ceremonial laws of the sanctuary built in the Sinaitic desert, established that anything or anyone, could interpose between the altar of sacrifice and holy place, except for the blood of the lamb. The moral law of Sinai, which was hidden in the most holy place could only be put to death appeased by the blood of the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.

Thank God for his love immeasurably great and sublime, because where sin abounded, grace.
